12 years old, not the typical girly girl. was looking for simple black and white, no other colors. 5 walls though. obligation everything from walls to furnature. btw i have white shutters which im not allowed to progress.
Why don't you try a zebra print beadspread, fun purple throw pillows to break it up a lottle, tons of belt posters, a piano key rug (try delia*s), black walls with white trim to game the shutters,oh annd a huge bulletin board with pictures of friends, family, celebrity, ect.
White walls next to 1 black wall or 2 black walls (not opposite walls)
Have a bed with a black frame. near zebra design quilt cover, black and white pillows.
Laminate floor with a black rug placed under the foot of the bed and going out (if the bed is surrounded by the middle and not at an edge)

Then put some black and white pictures on the wall. with a black frame for the white walls and a white frame for the black walls.
If you added one more colour, eg a low red, you could have the same but own reds walls, and red scatter cushions on the bed and chair too.

It might look a little old for you, but since your 12 your going to modification your style in a few years and you might think your room looks too childlike. So go with this, that process you can keep it for a while.
P.s. Maybe add some red surrounded by there too. Black and white looks good, but if you append just a little bit of red (like a couple picture frames or candles) your room will look HOT!
