Bedroom Furniture... What COLOR would look better?!? I'm re-doing my bedroom and I'm not sure if I should get...
I'm re-doing my bedroom and I'm not sure if I should get white furniture or black furniture.
My walls are going to be 3 light suntan walls & 1 red wall. I have burber carpet (cream & red carpet).
My window are white and so is all the trim & door in my room. If I capture white furniture, will it be too much white?
And will I still be able to use Black & white photos with black frames?!
what color do you have an idea that would look better?!

why not try a nice dark wood if you can,like cherry(lil bit of red)or a open brown wood??it would definitely pop!! your comforter could be a big flower pattern beside red and white and creams and a little green for serenity!! all else fail go with white furniture.. all right i seen a room like that beforehand and hey had black and white like nearby bed was black with a white dresser. sooo both would game
Black furniture would bring the match and drama you need with the red wall. It also looks dazzling with tan or buff walls.
Since your accessories have some black (pictures near black frames, etc) that also makes this the better choice.

Have fun - but keep in mind it isn't merely about matching colors, but mood..and it sounds resembling your red wall will need something stronger than white to balance it.

Black would be more balanced with the red wall, more hearted! I would turn with Black.
Answers: I think the black will be much better. Will punch out against the tan walls and white trim.
I a moment ago re-did my bathrooms and painted with the same tan/white arrangement and installed the dark dark cherry cabinet and the squared white sinks. I love it. I have moss green for my accent color within there right now (towels & accessories) but if I switch it, red would be a good accent color.
