Bedroom Decorating Help!!? I just moved into a new apartment and I get everything done...

I just moved into a new apartment and I get everything done expect for my bedroom. I choose the color which is Beher's Peacock Feather Blue with white trimming and a white ceiling. My only trouble very soon , is that I'm having a hard time decorate it.

I want it to be funky and stylish and have a mix of cool colors but at the same time I want to look put together and more than approaching an adult's room than a teenager. (Which is what started happening when I go to the JCpennys and they started giving me things I would have put in my room years ago.)

The room is completely free expect for my bed with its plain white head board. So I'm adjectives for tips on anything ..chairs , lamps bedding etc.

Nothing too expensive, I'm a 19 year old college student and a single mother so I want something clothed in price but not too cheap.

Thanks so much for helping me out! I really appreciate it!

GREAT COLORS to USE

Bright pinks will also look fabulous
Red is a more classic look and those accessories can be repurposed next and in other rooms if you decide to amendment.
