Bathroom Light fixture on mirror or above? I am remodeling my bathroom and am faced beside the decision of...

I am remodeling my bathroom and am faced beside the decision of mounting my buoyant fixtures directly on the mirror within the framing OR above the mirror outside of the framing. Its cheaper to do it above the mirror, but I am told it will be a fopah it I don't do it mounted directly onto the mirror.

Answers:    the light will look best at the top of the mirror, if mirror get broken then you enjoy to replace both, again, also you can change out fluffy without replacing everything again if you want a strange look for another season.. also. @lamps plus.com

Directly on the mirror would just look outta` place. It must travel over the mirror. Better for reflection too.Besides....what kinda` screw would u use for directly on the mirror?..
