hi, we are currently renovating our bathroom, from TINY to quite small!! (it is a total work within progress) so we are looking for a bit of advice/ ideas.. please..
so, we own a victorian/edwardian house, so we are trying to be a bit sympathetic .. so far we have a edwardian style suite, form iron bath..i.e. going to be against the wall, but without a tub panel (sort of open aspect on one side.. its get fancy feet but square-ish edges) similar to this bath ..

we are thinking white tiles on the wall ..inevitability ideas for the edging tiles?? black and white tiles on the floor (old fashioned look) but what colour walls?? we hold a huge window contained by the bathroom, so lots of natural lighting, ... I can't decide between a sort of mellow ashen, or a pale marine green ... or please anyone with anymore planning?also... do you get electric 'fixed' organizer showers? ? anyone got any reccomendations for type of shower? x
Answers: Hi Izo
I would dance for the sea green, it's a lovely colour. My daughter is getting a investigational bathroom in subsequent week.
she is laying ashy beige floor tiles, and one shade lighter wall tiles beside a beige and brown adjectives border.
Then she is plastering the ceiling and putting in sunken lights.
Your's sounds lovely. I devise a couple of green leafy plants would look nice too. Ones that can stand steamy and humid air.
obedient luck x
Mellow yellow is abit bright. Cool the deep green for calming and relaxing effect. Since your bathroom get lot of natural reading light, place some potted green and flowers (eg Gladiolus does grow indoor) to spruce up the window. White tiles next to some victorian classic edging. Black and white tiles on the floor for old style look is great but it will be better if you opt for timeless design with some top soil tones.
