Ok. I'm in the process of finishing my basement. I've painted the walls and I enjoy carpet on the way. I lately need to put in two doors to cover the partial area of my basement. These two door frames enjoy very queer sizes. The bigger one is on the left wall 72 3/4'', on the right side 72 5/8'', across the top 44 5/8'', across the bottom 45 1/8'', and through the middle 44 11/16''. The smaller one is I on the moved out wall 72 5/8'', on the right side 72 11/16'', across the top 35 1/4'', across the bottom 35 1/2'', and through the middle 35 1/2''. I know that probably sounds wrong, but I measured multiple times. How would go about putting a door that would look nice. Or what other suggestion could I use to cover this nouns. By the way, I refuse to use a curtain because I have a sneaking suspicion that they look ugly.

Thanks to anyone that can help.
u stated a door only.hole out the frames and close in the hole to fit a standard door unit...

Cut glass or mirror doors to fit? You could use lighting or other accents so they compliment respectively other and to meld seamlessly into the room. (personally I'm a big fan of plants and trees (fake or real) solving a lot of problems). Or put an architecutral item on the top, bottom or side that balances things out.

I've got weird and wonderful doors too I'm trying to figure out what to do.
Answers:    Sounds resembling the openings are slightly out of square. Your two options are any to fix the opening or to trim a door to fit the existing opening (common surrounded by older houses).

Here's how to replace an interior door:

If you decide to replace the door frame instead of modifying it or fitting the door to it, your best bet is to purchase a pre-hung door. It comes already hung contained by the frame. Here's how to install one step by step:
