The area below the banister will be a sage green, above a beige, should I meeting the trim to the exiting trim, or to one of the colors? Or could I just paint it white to stand out more, and it would meeting doors and blinds and appliances in kitchen?
Answers:    Chair guardrail does not need to be matching as doors, blinds etc. In fact, if you would paint bench rail it would be much more interesting and fashion your room look delightful. You could progress with white, as you said, for the stool rail or you could travel with a dark green than you have on the bottom of wall or you could dance with a dark beige than you hold on the top of the wall. Either of these colors on the chair railing would make it be in motion with the wall and not the doors and trim etc. By doing it that agency the wall will be what someone notices. If you clash chair railing to the doors etc then explicitly what people will interest and not the walls.
wood, it matches
