Answers:    Tape it down with double sided runner tape. Make sure to in safe hands all sides just about 1/2 inch from the edge and manufacture an X with the cassette in the middle. You can use this video on hardwood, stone, ceramic and even wall to wall carpeting.

You could cartridge it down, but be aware that when and if you decide to move the rug, the cassette adhesive will be permanent from the carpet underneith. I used to work for Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaning, and someone ruined their wall-to-wall mat with this cassette... it will attract dirt and dust to it and then you won't be capable of clean it. I'd receive a better quality rug, near heavier (denser) carpet, consequently it will hold itself down.
