I have simply bought another house and whenever you use the sink in the kitchen the smell is so fruitless, i have tried draino and bam, any other philosophy? and also, there is for a time mould in the shower (on the white grout) i own tried mould remover, shower power and pure bleach and none have worked, any suggestions?

Answers: Try plain and simple baking soda. Pour a whole box of baking soda down the drain (preferably on your litter disposal side). Run hot water for a few minutes. You can also use lemon rinds by adjectives the rinds and running them through your garbage disposal
With the grout problem, you can buy a special pen from hardware stores that literally paints over aged grout and makes it investigational! :) (If you live in Australia...bunnings stocks them)
