Well currently my family is renting a house, its small but not ample room for privacy and such

Our basement is concrete, and sometimes it floods especially contained by the spring, which is coming up

Would there be any opening we could temporarily put a tv, some carpet a couch and conceivably even something for a wall that wouldnt get destroyed within the floods?
return with the "loop" tv stand from crate andbarrel. it's like a wall attached to a low cabinet. here's the pic

I would suggest to prevent the flooding with a concrete sealant. Ask The territory Lord about repairing it or letting you.
Or find plastic furniture?
Moving your belongings could appear in a hurry since you can't predict weather!
Answers:    A concrete sealant will do nothing. Since you don't own the house, within is no way or incentive to do what desires to be done, which is the installation of a French drain system.

Anything you put down there will call for to be above the highest flood row, which will be evident on the crypt walls. Sorry.
