Any suggestions for covering a humid patch since we trade our house in need fine art a integral wall?!? We had a bleed in our loft, which is in a minute...

We had a bleed in our loft, which is in a minute fixed, but it's left a big damp stain on the wall and ceiling. We're surrounded by the process of selling our house but it's currently hidden by a wardrobeso no-one's notice it yet! It's flowing to paint over the stain on the ceiling because it's white, but I can't find paint to match the wall (a mauve/blue colour). I don't really want to re-paint the total wall, because the buyers/surveyors will start asking questions - even if the colour is similar, I'm thinking the paint smell will tender it away. The leak be fixed a long time ago now, so we're not selling underneath false pretences - I just know that if citizens hear the word 'damp' they run a mile, and I don't want to lose our buyers! Any suggestions?
Answers:    Suggestions? Yes, do nothing.
Leave it alone. If your buyers enjoy a home inspection, they may find the water speck, but they will also know it has be fixed. You should of repainted the wall before you ever scheduled your property. If a buyer does find the mark, they may wonder what else you enjoy not told them, and that will scare them sour too!!
