Your at a job where a female already bought the paint and wallpaper
for her second floor apartment. There's a chair rail that go all through her kitchen, living room and dining room and the bedroom isn't getting done. Now the tan wallpaper is going below the bench rail and the yellow paint is going above the stool rail. She also has you paint the bench rail white.
Later you finish in a couple of days and look to achieve paid. She doesn't want to pay you because the weekly being tan doesn't game the paint. It was her fault since she bought the materials,
but you lull because you don't want an argument. You ask her to give you a few mintutes to think.
Remember the ashen paint above the chair rail doesn't contest the tan wallpaper below the wallpaper. The customer bought the materials and won't pay you because it doesn't contest. What do you do? Hint: There is only ONE best answer for this!
I need another air!

By her buying and choosing the colors she is responsible for how they look together when finished. She owes you for the work completed. She supplied and approved the materials
and you did the labor. She must pay up or you could thieve it to a small claims court where she will lose and end up have to pay court costs as well! Kill the b* and pilfer the money ;-)
Explain to her that if you had bought the material yourself wou would've be willing to redo the adjectives thing yourself, but since she got them herself, she should live beside it, its not your fault.
Answers: Repaint the chair rail to match.
I would explain to her that you look to be compensated for your work. She picked out the materials and purchased them and had ultimately made the finding to use those colors. As long as she bought the colors on her own and you didn't tell her anything about the colors harmonizing (if she asked) then I think you hold a decent argument. Tell her that you will gladly any re-paint or remove the wallpaper, but for an additional charge. Seeing as how you didn't choose the colors for the room she should not be mad at you. I would also notify her that if she wants to have something re-done contained by her room that you just finished, then you requirement compensation for the work that you have already completed before you start another project.
Do you use a contract? It may be time to start thinking about writing one up! Good luck!
