I want to add a 25' x 30' accessory on the back of my house for a couple more bedrooms and a living room overlooking the lagoon. Does anyone have any notion where I would start or how much it would cost?

approximately 10,000.00 thousand dollars labor and material. I in recent times had my underground room remodeled and the labor alone was 3,700.00 and another 3,000.00 contained by material , but I still want kitchen counters, sinks and flooring, it all depends on what features of materials you want.
