I want to paint one wall in the living room. Its the first wall you see when stepping within the house. I would have to paint over the painted ode towards the ceiling too, so what should the colors of the adjoining walls be. The couch have a few different patterns. Its a mix of suntan, cream, sage green, small lines of deep washed out and rust.Carpet is light taupe. How do I include photos?
Answers: yes, you'd paint that entire wall floor to ceiling unless it is naturally subdivided by molding, book shelves, etc.
As for color...the small lines of sickly and rust are insignificant and shouldn't be your wall color. That leaves the sage green. Good choice. The remaining walls can be in the suntan or cream range..next to an eye to the "beige" of the carpet.it is yellowish camel or pinkish beige?
