buying a new house is pious but they kill you on the extra's. Like if you want more than one recess can within the cieling that is like 200 respectively when it only cost them $50 to do it. You also got to know that you dont obtain window treatments like blinds and or drapes and everything is of late white in the house so that gets older too. There is no fence or deck and sometimes no grass in the patio. There are a ton of things you have to buy when you get a up to date house and most of the time its all things you did not think almost. So its almost better to get a house that is similar to 5-10 years old. This way someone else have put a fence up and some blinds etc..
