So I went to Warped Tour, and got two shirts signed by band.
I'm wondering if I can safely wash the shirts short the signatures coming out.

yes, sharpie will swash out of shirts, not all the way but it will be faded, merely make sure it was surrounded by black, because any other color will fade away worse

They will fade after a while but they should be fine the first time.

Don't pinch my word for it though just to be safe, I never wear shirts I acquire autographed usually just make a collection.

Answers:    The sharpie may fade or bleed a little in the dust but it will never go away. I accidently stained a shirt with sharpie and could not procure it out, I tried all the tricks that people suggested and it still would not come out.
