I need to dust mostly wood, some pressed, fictitious wood, want to wipe baseboards.....I don't really like featherdusters because I feel they spread the dust around. So, what's the best way to verbs it well and hastily?
Thanks!
Answers: I have a set of microfiber cloths... They are GREAT since you can use them wet/dry next to or without polish/spray/cleaner... I work my course from the ceiling DOWN. I like to use the microfiber cloth w/o cleaner since I chew over that some cleaners actually attract dust... ! So, 2x a week or so I run a verbs cloth over my furniture AND then I dust... These cloths are also dutiful for doing glass ! They don't disappear lint or streaks... Also, if you change/clean your furnace filter once a month that will help save dust down AND if you vacuum EVERYDAY that also helps.... I merely use polish 1x a month if the furniture looks dry..
Good luck
featherdusters will not spread the dust around if you make them a bit wet. So you can jump for them in this approach I guess.
