My stackable Frigidaire washer & dryer, broke down on me (just bought it 3yrs. ago) and use it once a week.

Answers:    i have`sold appliance for the last 10 years. current is my 1 brand i have the most minuscule amount of problems out of. so if you buy whirlpool, maytag or kenmore you are doing suitable they are all equal thing near different faces. i would stay away from frigidaire and ge i procure the most returns and problems from them. even consumer reports doesnt even rate ge front load washers they simply say not to buy them. samsung have also done a very devout job and so have bosch. but if you do have problems near these two it can be harder to find parts and also service providers.

Maytag. I even had an Estate set I get for $400 that lasted for years... the individual reason I get rid of it was because I moved. Same set in a minute is only $500. It's not fancy or anything but they turn and go and stir. The salesman told me Maytag makes Estate and the simply difference is the knobs aren't as fancy and they inside is not porcelain, which is fine unless you plan on wash rocks.
