I've struggled with this constantly since moving. I've tried scrub with denture tablet pulp, hydrogen peroxide, natural shower cleaner ( I don't close to the idea of chemical cleaners) and finally, I give in and go out and bought a Clorox bleach pen. That did it.

pack a 2 gallon bug sprayer with hot hose down, add 1 cup clorox and 2 drops of soft detergent. start at the top and start spraying until it is gone. the mildew should also be gone.
if not repeat again.
Let the shower dry completly, next seal the grout !! It will save it from happening again unless the drain below the tile is clogged and keeping hose down in the container.
