Something in here smells horrible! Like a combination of doomed to failure refrigerator rottenness, dirty underwear, and fish food. I vacuum my ferret every day. What could it be???

well.. in attendance is a really good arbitrariness something small died in in attendance... but doubt it or else it would smell worse
but... check for approaching rotten food mold?
where is it? refrigerator? laundry room?
