Answers:    gee seems similar to everyone here wants to work rugged! I just spray mine next to regular kitchen cleaner before wash the dishes and then wipe it out next to fresh hot water when I'm finished near the dishes

Get a microwave safe bowl or measure glass or something, put roughly speaking a cup of water within it then turn on the microwave for a few minutes, until the marine boils for a minute. This will soften the stuck on stuff and gross it easier to wipe down. Water and lemon juice is a biddable mix to use after that.
