Washing tights? I have some spray black tights and was wondering if wash them...

I have some spray black tights and was wondering if wash them in the washer and after hangin them to dry would harm it. I don't want to carry into too much detail. (vineger, bleach, blah blah blah) I just want them verbs for next time to wear.
