Is it alright to wash my sheets on the Hot hose cycle in the wash machine ?

Which is better to rid of the cold bugs on the sheets... hot or melt water .. I be thinking hot ...

Answers:    I always purify towels and sheets in hot dampen, I dry my towels in the dryer but love to droop my sheets on the clothes line, to confer the fresh breeze scent. Hot water will decimate bugs and a little bit of soft lysol. Hope this helps
