Washing machines? I would love to by a washing appliance but my appartment...

I would love to by a washing appliance but my appartment dosn't have the outlets to do so.
I know i can acquire a portable machine but they are almost double the price of a regular small tool that would normaly hook up to an out let.
my query is what can i do or is there anything i can do to turn a regular device into a machine that hooks up to the sink
I accidentally wash one of those "shinny fuzzy"...

They would never swab as good as a regular washer. Afraid you are stuck next to the launderette - but - this is a very righteous place to make friends.
