Answers:    I personally wipe up my clothes after wearing them once but if you think it's ok to wear them twice - as long as they don't smell that's fine. Tide I be aware of is the best for laundry detergent. As far as showering I think most relatives shower everyday, me included. But again this is a choice you need to gross for yourself.
