I need some chief help near managing my time better. I am a stay at home mom of two, ages 3 and 1 year. I take pride contained by what I do, and I love to clean. I love mortal organized, and I love spending time with my ethnic group..which I don't do often plenty. I would love to be able to stir up early in the past the kids and get fully dressed, come downstairs and own minimal to do (not full cleaning) get my kids dressed and spend the daylight with them, cook dinner more rapidly, fit in exercise, and put them to bed to own the evening with my hubby. INSTEAD, I am stuck contained by my nightgown each day with a dirty house, two upset kids because they have need of mommy, and running behind on everything. Mounds of laundry, a horrible diet, near little exercise. A deprived husband and I then I crash...Where can I start?
Answers:    own a notepad on the fridge (or somewhere you'll see it) of what you have to do respectively day

do a "five miute blitz". you hav 5 mins to verbs the area you own in front of you (don't resolve to do too much). totally works if you use and egg timer or something.

sort out cupboards in the kitchen / utility room and draw a clear diagram to show where on earth things go, pots, verbs clothes etc. put it on the inside of the door of the cupboaard. then do some chores near your kids 'till they're old plenty to do them by themselves. this way you can homily to them and get contained by some good debate. (you may want to raise their pocket money or something to convince them it's a right idea)

when you recieve a job to do (pay a bill, kind a phone call etc.) and you don't hold to rush off to return with the kids or something else urgent, if it wont take longer than 5 mins (be faithful, don't say, 'well, iff i hurry . . .') later do it. other wise put it on the schedule of things you have to do.

hold sensible prioritys. if something easy can lurk 'till next week, but you hold something hard to do immediately, you MUST do the hard item now.

depending on how dated your kids are, find a reward system for them that will get them rewards. a toy. extra pocket money. a magazine etc. for doing extra chores, getting A's surrounded by homework etc.
i find putting a chart on the fridge works and if you have smaller kids next to a chart, an older child might consent to one too.

again. prioritys.

you want to find some breakneck, cheap family meal (make sure the family starts/keeps consumption dinner together, don't know if you do or not - without tv) i'm sure there's lots reccomended on answers and shcedule surrounded by going to the gym once a week.

so:
kids do chores.
organised home
quick tidys
verbs up what you messed up (kids must do this too)
reward good manner
write down what you need to do respectively day.
nourishing cheap quick meal
when you recieve a job, do it, or agenda for it.

oh, and when you wake up. beforehand you do anything else, drink a glass of river. its good for your skin and it wake you up! :o)
