I have one and it does what it say it does, the only problem is that it splutters the hose down all over the place!is this what its supposed to do or does anyone enjoy one where the hose down pours out smoothly?

oh and the tefal rapid cup does the same, i'd hold it looked at, take it backbone to the shop.
