...how do you remove the old (empty) bottle of the solution from the mop so that you can replace it?? I've tried everything and it is basically not budging, is there a release button or something I'm missing? Thanks! :)
Answers: theres a white button thats facing outward underneath the bottle, You might have a defective swifter though exact it should'nt be that hard to find.
If you do find the button and it still wont budge (should a short time ago pop right out on its own once you push the button) try tuging on the bottle while you push the button)

yeah there should be a button im not at home otherwise I would put in the picture you but look around the sides of it actually the button is on the front of it and i surmise you have to hold it down while you pinch it out cuz its clamped down until you hit the button.
