Hi again, I LOVE my Swiffer Vacuum however it definitly does not hold a charge long enough (not a minute over 10 minutes and sometimes not even that long!). Furthermore the rechargeable mobile in mine doesn't allow the product to work when plugged surrounded by (the way articulate cell phones or cameras do) did I get a lemon?
Answers: I love my Swiffer Vacuum too, but no, it won't recharge when plugged contained by if you're using it. It will only recharge when the section is off. When you first get it, did you charge it the full 24 hours before using it? I didn't do that on the first one I bought and the mobile never lasted long. When I replaced it (had a touch accident next to it, my fault) I made sure I charged it for well over 24 hours. The other point I notice next to mine is after a while, the power cord gets frail. I hold to make sure the red insubstantial goes on when I hold it plugged in. Sometimes I own to jiggle the cord or reposition it to make the lighting go on. Also, do you set out it plugged in whenever you're not using it? It will lose the charge when not plugged within, even if not used. Hope this help!
i would go to their website ,look for an answer here.if that doesn't help,name or email their customer service.they might offer replacement.ultimate, maybe travel to the store,buy another one identical to yours,switch the battery-operated with yours and return it motto it won't work. sneaky i know but these companies make it complex on people who reward good money for substandard products.
