yes it works ... normally what i do when i hold to wash my husbands sweaty shirts is i use 2 cups of baking soda and 2 cuos of vinegre and 1/2 cup of bleach and my regular laundry detergent and i clean them but if they are colored only the vinegre and baking soda if you want thou use 1/2 cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup of vinegre and rub on the sweta spots and permit it soak in them and it will win it out.. do not use ammonia on your clothes i ruined nice clothes with that crap and it will irriate your skin also it is not well brought-up for clothes people and ammonia on clothes drives me bonkers !
