Spots reoccurring on hearth rug? A friend of mine asked me why spots keep coming put money...
A friend of mine asked me why spots keep coming put money on on her carpet. She purchased a 5yr feeble home which had according to her newer hearth rug prior to purchase. I have be to her house and never noticed any "spots". Last hours of darkness while there I notice all these spots surrounded by her computer room. She said she had steam cleaned them twice within the last 6 months (this is the first time I notice them) and they just keep hold of coming back. She said she's tried everything she know (pet solution in the steam cleaner, bleach and dampen in it, soaring traffic formula) as well as she said she used the spray foam type cleaner you consent to sit scrub and vacuum up. I do not know what else she can do and she asked I just looked dumbfounded as I never have this problem. What can she do that she hasnt done (i did ask was she using hot hose she says she have the steamcleaner that heats the water)
any suggestions for her from those of you that own had this problem?
Is there a smell beside the spots? It sounds like the hearth rug isn't getting dry totally or the floor under the runner is/or got moisten and needs to dry. After cleaning, rinse next to just hot dampen and then run a supporter in the room on large for 24 hours. Then, if the spots come back, she may want to have it taken up and check the floor underneath to find the source of the problem. If it can't be found on the floor, it may be lower than the floor, which is a construction issue. If she hires anyone to do any of this, check the people out thoroughly in the past hand.
Its truly quite a adjectives problem when removing stains and spots from a carpet.
If you verbs a spot, the cleaner sometimes leaves a residue behind and after makes that nouns of the carpet more porous and will later be easier to soil in the adjectives.
Many people don't realize that after they remove a spot on the runner they must then flush adjectives the cleaning solvent out of the area so it doesn't gain dirty again.
Answers: The stains are thoughtful in the fibers, close to in the 'roots'. Using the spray foam and steam probably are one and only cleaning the 'tops' of the rug fibers.
A professional cleaner has equipment beside more suction, so it pulls the stains from deeper down, so she might consider that. Alternately, follow up the steam cleaning with a strong wet-dry vac -- acquire right down there beside the hose and get as much moisture as possible from the fibers.
It is possible that the source of the stain is contained by the padding, within which case she can roll rear legs the carpet, replace the insulation, and have the mat restretched (you CAN do this, it's just tough work).
