We live in a townhouse and own a little storage nouns under the stairs. When we moved contained by I noticed the smell. It smells close to the last personality may of had a cat contained by there and it's cat pee. My mother think it smells damp. I hold a very strong sense of smell and it's driving me crazy the apartment complex have already came contained by and "sealed it" and requirements me to pay the 30 bucks to hold it doen again. Answers: I would paint the adjectives thing next to Kilz. It will seal contained by just just about any smell. It can also keep the drenched out.
There is a product called Odoban. It works wonders.
