I have a choice to get an apt w/ a washer/dryer hook up or short. Getting an actual washer/dryer is not a prob and the cost for the apt's is the same. I didnt know which would be cheaper. To pay $1.25 at the laundry facility or to rate extra on water & electric.
Without a doubt, WITH.Here is a little calculator for you to use that will help you amount out what it would cost you to run the washer and dryer. http://energyaudit-sdge.sempra.com/appca...
But, the hassle of lugging the laundry, the gas to get there, waiting around while you do it and the overall time hoard is well worth what you will spend to be able to do it at home.
There is another option - choose an apartment if you can next to a clothes line and dry your clothes the environmentally friendly way - contained by the sun. If this is not possible and you choose an apartment that has a washer and dryer I would invest surrounded by a fold up clothes airer and place it on a balcony if you have one on fine days or dry inside if it is raining. Many of our clothes now dry fairly quickly anyway and if you live within a centrally heated apartment the clothes will dry ok too. Its bound to save you some money anyway and produce less carbon release into the environment because thats smaller quantity electricity used and generated. It is still your choice, but you must decide between convenience contained by washing and drying hours, and whether you want to go to a laundromat or the laundry room within your building at times when it is empty or little used. Short term costs would be lower using the laundry, but long occupancy buying your washer/dryer and being able to move it to your subsequent place would be better.
with - i other argue at the laundra mat With.
with- amount it this way. for example you do three loads of laundry a week 3x1.25 = 3.75/week plus what ever it cost to dry. so let's say it cost 75 per nouns to dry that's another 2.25 add that with the wipe price and you have 6.00 per week I don't use 6.00 per month on water surrounded by a house with 3 kids. Just my preference but I would bring a apt w/ a washer/dryer hook up. I have sensitive skin and can only use unmistaken detergents. I live in an apartment with out a hook up and I've gotta transport my laundry home to my parents and do it there.

It is so much easier than always going to the laundry mat.
Pay extra on water & electric.
You'll end up paying more at the laundry facility surrounded by the long run.
get a washer and dryer its a drag having to nick laundry out get the hook up.
It is much easier to do your laundry at your apt. but on the other hand, if you enjoy to pay for water and electric, you might be better past its sell-by date taking it to the laundry mat. They usually have a laundry mat right in your apt. complex. Get it next to, it costs next to nothing to run a washer and dryer.
And why walk to the laundry mat where it is dirty and sit and wait when you can do your laundry within the comfort of your own home?
