I would like to buy my Dad an irobot scooba for his birthday. It seem like it would relive a great deal of the pressures of the cleanliness of the house. We have a lawfully large tile kitchen, and most of our house is wicker flooring.
Answers: DON'T DO IT!!! BAMBOO AND SCOOBA IS BAD!!! Trust me. I'm not some nut who uses all cap.
I bought one and it broke. They have an awesome warranty, and done up sending me a second one. It sort of works--maybe for ten or so minutes before making wierd noise and flashing lights. So, if you're asking me if I'd buy another one...the answer is no. It is, in concept, an awesome notion, but I wouldn't recommend buying one to a friend. In fact, immediately that it just sits within my kitchen, I get angry cleaning around it. Come to come up with of it, I'm just going to try and get rid of it on Craigslist to anyone that's willing to extend anything at all...
