I have a nice pair of Nike running shoes, and they're mostly made w/ flimsy blue mesh. My friend took them trail running yesterday, (she forgot hers at her dad's house) and now, between the black scuffs from running on a track to the mud, how do I best budge about removing the stains from the mesh??

Answers: Wipe the shoes next to a damp cloth first then within a small bowl add a few drops of dish soap to two cups of hot water. Then using and infirm toothbrush scrub the stains with the soapy water solution later wipe clean with a cloth - repeat this a couple of times until it adjectives comes clean.
