Sharpie Names on T Shirt? Can I Wash It? My students wrote all their names on a t shirt for me...

My students wrote all their names on a t shirt for me surrounded by Sharpie marker at the end of the year. I know Sharpie is everlasting, but is it okay for me to throw this in the wash? I want to rinse it, but I'm afraid their name will bleed out.

Answers:    Yes, but put some salt in the rinse the first time you clean it. Also DO NOT PUT ANYTHING ELSE IN WITH IT. It will bleed a little, and the colours will fade a bit so make sure it have its own load.

It won't bleed out. The shirt will be worn out with holes in the past the names wash out. You can clear up it in warm hose with a like color nouns and throw it in the dryer. It's the same as any other t-shirt you own. It's fine. Relax and soak up that shirt!
