How do I get rid of this? The stain is simply a white patch.on the outside of a cotton jacket.
Problem removing mould?

This sounds as if the color be removed for that white patch. And I am not sure what you could do for that except re-dye the jacket, and that may not be feasible if it is multicolored, or embroidered etc. If it is a totally dark jacket black or armada blue you can use a permanent float gently tally the color to the spot...but you have to be wary as sometimes this makes a threatening spot. I don't have any other suggestions, unless you sew a patch over the spot...
