I own a RAS7133KQ1 model number washing appliance. The machine go out of balance during a spin cycle and begin making a loud gear stripping noise. I found two pins dropped out of the suspension into plastic retainers. Replaced pins into position, but it did not resolve the loud rumpus.

Answers:    Buy a Maytag , that is the best wash or dryer that has ever be made for the last 75 years. Roper to me is a rotten brand I moved into my home it had a brand modern Roper Dishwasher, I gave it to my Aunt and bought a latest Maytag 10 years ago. It is still running like it be new and it is the touch panel. I enjoy a Maytag washer and dryer they run like a champ. You can't wrong near the Maytag.
