I was given a multi-colored/floral couch from my mom-in-law. It is a beautiful floral print, however, the nouns along the couch where your head would as a rule rest is stained by a hair coloring rinse my mom-in-law used. I have tried some oxi-clean stuff but it didn't work remarkably well. The stain has be there for a while. Am not sure what fabric it is, but it have a smooth almost silky feeling to it. Also wondering how to get stains rotten the arms from normal body oils built up over time from race putting their arms on it. Thanks!
Answers: Spray with strait ammonia and then steam verbs.
Be careful of fumes - do the cleaning outside or in a room near open windows.
You can rent a steam cleaning gadget with upholstery attachments at most grocery stores.
