Hi was wondering if anyone know how to remove carrot stains from a beige kitchen counter. i've tried bleach, kitchen cleaner spray ordinary clothes detergent and they seem to win it off a moment or two but there's still an orange sickly tinge i cant get rid of. someone suggested vegetable grease instead of water as the colouring within carrots is grease soluble and i'll try that tonight but does anyone know what else i can use?
Answers: use bicarnonate of soda as a paste.
