Answers: Sounds like you've reversed the hoses, hooking the cold to the hot and vice versa.

Ya, your hoses are on wrong. Easy fix, just pull the tool out and reverse them. You can do it yourself - just make sure they are on tight (and turn past its sell-by date the water supply before you do this!) whar?
