Answers: hair spray
Get a cheap hairspray, similar to Aquanet. Spray a little on the stain and blot, don't rub, near a paper towel. Keep spraying and blotting. If the stain is significant, work from the outside in. If the hairspray stops working, rinse the nouns, pat dry with tabloid towels, and keep going. This have always worked for me, I used to work within a bank next to tons of ink around. Good luck!
