For some reason, whenever we hose clothes on our washing contraption and when its done washing, theres still hose down left surrounded by the machine. (about a few inches illustrious to be specific)
and as a result, we have soaking drizzly clothes that will take a long time contained by the dryer to dry...

what could be wrong with it?
