My husband has several dress shirts (white as all right as blue, brown, orange, etc.) he hasn't worn within a couple of years, and apparently he didn't get them cleaned right away after wore them surrounded by the past because they enjoy heavy ring around the collar. I would similar to to salvage them but don't know how. Is there any hope for these shirts or should I donate them?

I use Spray N Wash on recent ring around the collar stains. That usually works well but I don't know if it will contained by your case. You could donate it a try, otherwise if there prehistoric heavy stains I suggest possibly donate.
