Pesky fruit flies? i have no fruit out so why do i hold them im...

i have no fruit out so why do i hold them im my apt. they are flying arould by the kitchen sink near my sons bottles. near out useing anything harsh how do i bring back rid of them.
I get gum within.. please aid?
Answers:    Make a fruit fly trap.

Take a small plastic container (individual yogurt size) and put some apple cider vinegar in it. Cover it beside plastic wrap and put a rubber band on it to hold the plastic wrap surrounded by place. Take a tooth pick and poke some holes in the top. Put it on a surface where on earth the flies are seen the most.

The fruit flies will be attracted to the vinegar and turn in through the small holes but they can't bring back out.

We hold them too, and there is no fruit contained by the house either. They will die contained by a couple of days, but make sure that nil is damp effective the bottles, or soda cans, etc....
