When washing bowls put one into the other and they become stuck - tried everything - hot water - grease - wadding sink with hot dampen - will not budge.
Answers: Try popping them in the freezer for a few minutes after they are dry (so they don't freeze together). This will generate them contract, rather than expand as happen with steam. Maybe it will cause them to shrink away from respectively other just ample to pry them apart.
Don't do the shock thing, immerse cold items in hot sea. That will cause them to crack and break.
Heat make things expand and therefor stick together more. Leave the bowls out at room temperature and consequently slowly immerse them into COLD WATER. This will bring in them shrink ever so slightly until you can gently joggle them apart. Just don't have any heat changes be dramatic. Good luck!
