I have a Bissell Bagless vacuum. I changed the filter and the container and I checked to see if it be clogged and it's not. I have it on the undressed floor setting and still it wont work right. It picks up dirt and cat fur and blows it out the back of the vacuum.
Please assistance. I'd like to own clean runner again!
Answers: Either the hose from the beater bar that go up to where the handheld hose attaches to it is stopped up, or the handheld hose is stopped up. Go to the point where on earth the handheld hose attaches near the top of the vacuum and turn it to remove it in attendance. Put your hand over the first showing of the vacuum itself, not the hose. Is there suction in attendance? It should be plenty. Now reattach the hose and put your hand over the termination of the handheld part. Is nearby suction there? If not, that is to say the part to be exact clogged. Remove it again and take something long and skinny satisfactory to push all the approach through it to clean out anything is in it.
Have you changed the belt on this vac lately? I'd supply that a shot next and see if that help.
