Answers: I estimate there is a concrete cleaner on the bazaar as i have see some in my son's house, which i guess he uses with a power washer, i'm not sure where on earth he got it from but i should have a sneaking suspicion that somewhere like B&Qs or any hardware store
Or try Super Clean Concrete Degreaser! Works wonders - purely spray it on, let it soak, conceivably brush it a little, and hose it stale! If none of these products work, sprinkle some Portland cement on it, then "rub" the cement into the stain near a piece of 2"x4". It won't really remove the stain, but it'll mask it to the point that it become invisible!
