i need to know how to get the stains out..
Use acitone free nail polish remover so it wont leave a spot on the runner. use nailpolish remover

There is a product called Afta by gaurdsman that will remove the nail polish. Make sure you work the spot inwards so you don't get it larger. If you have any excess carpet, a runner installer could cut out the damaged area & seam contained by a new peice. use nail polish remover , if u enjoy colored carpet dont use any with aciditone within it, it'll turn that spot white
Answers:    Nail Polish remover might newly spread the nail polish into the carpet more, but can work if you are wary, I posted some instructions below if you have to use it. HOWEVER I would recommend to use a product called M-1 remover, I save a can of it because it removes just about anything. It is strong to find but the # off of my can is 770-442-8808. It is an awesome, tough job remover, and you won't hold to work as hard.
If you can only take the Nail Polish Remover, it is important that you take special thought, since you can't throw it in the washer. I would recommend to follow these steps exactly
1)Apply nail polish remover (acetone), but apply it beside caution, do not pour over it, this will cause it to spread. Slowly add on a few drops at a time
2)Blot
3)Mix one teaspoon of a mild pH balanced detergent (a mild non alkaline non bleaching detergent) with a cup of lukewarm sea, and pour on the rug
4)Blot
5)Sponge with clean sea
6)Blot
Repeat as nessasary.
