he does for a poop. but every pee is done somewhere in my home. im really at my wits expiration...hes trashing my house and making it stink awful. hes just be castrated 2 days ago. and none of my other 2 cats did this ..help my house stinks approaching the zoo !
My new kitten wouldn't use her litter box any. Pee or poop. I went to the grocery store and get a few of those cardboard flats. The kind that can veggies would come in. Wherever I saw my kitten "go", I put a litter box nearby. I had to maintain my eyes on her, so when it looked like she might be in place, I made sure she did it in the box. Ive since taken up a couple of them, and I regard as she gets the picture. She still wont cover it up though.

Try using some scented spray stuff to attract it to pee within the litter tray. And you might want to try some repellent stuff around the rest of the house.
Also you should ask your vet.
